Are there any hidden fees?

Nope.

Aside from our modest from-concept design fees, there are never additional charges for image scanning, basic retouching, design enhancement or port hole cutting. Those are part of the service.

The only add-ons that cost anything are the ones you actively choose: port protection rings, KickPort inserts, specialty finishes and materials, removing the DrumART logo, and licensing a stock image from the ImageVault at $10 per image.

And to be explicit about the newest one: generating artwork with ImageAgent never adds a fee to your head. Generation uses credits, and everyone gets free credits — but there is no per-image charge for putting generated artwork on a drumhead. Not now, not ever.
