Do you offer color matching services or exact match guarantees?

Short answer: no. Long answer: HELL no.

DrumART is 100% color-managed from proof to print in-house. But there's no accounting for what happens outside our four walls. We — and any other honest company — cannot promise to match the colors you expect every single time. Anyone who says differently is lying.

The color and brightness on most consumer monitors and printers are skewed one way or the other, usually far brighter than the real world. On top of that, color is subjective: what looks "too purple" to you might look "too blue" to someone else. And don't get us started on lighting. The same print looks like entirely different shades under different light sources. Fun.

That said, our printers offer the widest color gamut in the industry, so we give you the best possible shot at a great match right out of the chute. Nobody has the tools we do — six printers ranging from six to twelve colors each, across four print technologies including UV-cure, solvent, dye-sublimation and aqueous — so nobody offers the range of prints we do.

It's possible to get very close 99.9% of the time. But if you need an exact match to the finish on your kit, our honest recommendation is: don't bother. There's a real chance you won't be happy, and we don't like unhappy customers.

So: if close enough is good enough, order away — you won't be disappointed. If you're after a spot-on match, we'll give it a shot, but it may not work. And if it doesn't, we told you so. :)
