What is your return policy?

If you're not completely happy with your DrumART purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price less a 25% labor charge, which covers the time spent formatting your artwork and printing your head. Artwork, design, port protector and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Heads ordered incorrectly (wrong size, wrong type) that aren't our error aren't returnable for a refund — but contact us anyway. We can often offer a one-time "oops" discount on a reorder.

Fabric and specialty items — t-shirts, mousepads, coasters, bumper stickers and the like — aren't as color-stable as rigid items, so color consistency between those and your drumhead isn't guaranteed and they aren't eligible for returns.
