What if I need some additional work done on my design?

As the premier producer of custom bass drumheads on the planet, we're well positioned to take your vision and make it real.

If you need something basic done — an outline or a shadow on your text to help it stand out, a nudge to the alignment, a color tweak — use the Notes for our designers field when you check out and tell us what you'd like. Every design we receive crosses a designer's desk for review anyway, so we're happy to add the finishing touches that make it right.

The notes are per design. If you're ordering more than one head, each design gets its own notes, so nothing gets crossed.

Not every request is basic. If what you're asking for needs real time or would add cost, we'll contact you for approval before we do anything — we're not going to surprise you with a charge. And a reminder: HeadBuilder orders don't include a mockup -- the head you design is the head you receive.  So, if you need to see and approve a proof before we print, use Leave It To Us instead.
