I submitted my order - how long until I see a proof (a.k.a. mockup)??

That depends on the way you ordered and your submitted artwork. Mockups are not sent for orders formatted through our HeadBuilder app -- the head you build is the head you will receive.

For orderes placed using our legacy "Leave It To Us" order process, proof turnaround is dependent on submitted artwork quality but we generally try to send proofs within 2 to 3 business days. Again, this help article does not apply to heads purchased through the HeadBuilder. For HeadBuilder orders, the image shown on the Order Confirmation page serves as the mockup for your order. Your your custom head will be produced accordingly and artwork substitutions are not possible.

Also, please note that orders placed using our "Leave It To Us" order process include one mockup and one revision. If approval or a request for revisions is not received within 48 business hours of the mockup being sent, we will presume approval and move forward with printing. Additional mockup revisions are subject to a $25 per additional mockup charge if requested.
