How long will it take to ship my order (turnaround time)?

Our general rule of thumb: your order ships within three to seven business days of final artwork approval. That's days, not weeks, and it's not a typo.

Once you've ordered your head — or, for Leave It To Us orders, once you've approved the final proof — it's generally on its way to you fast.

Target schedule, based on the day you order (before 5pm Eastern):

We stock all the drumheads and accessories we offer, in every available size, to avoid stock-related delays wherever possible. Specialty items — oversize heads (26″ and larger), marching bass drumheads, clear heads, advanced materials — generally take longer and ship within one to three weeks.

Time in transit is in addition to our turnaround, and depends on where you are and which shipping option you chose. DrumART HQ is in Voorheesville, NY (12186). We generally ship UPS Ground (1–5 business days); expedited shipping is available at checkout.
